Bio-metric screening and health risk assessment sign-up’s

The County has decided it is in the best interest of government and schools employees to postpone all Wellness Screening events scheduled though April 30, 2020. Based on the current situation with COVID-19 we believe it is best to limit exposure opportunities for employees and screening staff.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Check the calendars to confirm which date the screening will be held at your preferred location.

STEP 2

Schedule your wellness screening on that specific date. (The appointment scheduler does not list the locations, just the date and times.)

STEP 3

Complete your on-site biometric screening.

NOTE: For optimal results, no food or drink 4 hours prior to your screening appointment (you may drink water, black coffee and take medication). Fasting is not required, but encouraged.

STEP 4

Complete your online wellness profile. Computers are available at all wellness screening locations and staff present to assist you in this process. Knowledge of your Henrico County email address is necessary for completion on the on-line wellness profile.
