W.R.T. (Weight Room Training) –
Join us to learn how you will use the weight room and cardiovascular equipment after completing your fitness orientation. Improve strength and cardiovascular fitness levels. Also, when you miss the Fit Plus training or Fitness class because of a busy work schedule, you can use this training for make-up sessions. For group training, reach out to the Instructor by email. No more than three participants for each session.
