Run Fit & Walk Fit! Get fit, feel better, have more energy, and decrease your health risks. Running and walking are proven to do these things and more. Bring water and a good pair of athletic shoes. (The group meets in the Training Center parking lot or the building. The training includes us of the Training Center parking lot, outdoor hills, stair climbing, hallway running, and treadmills.)
